SINGAPORE
Dec 1-10 – Sheila and I met in Singapore to begin a 10 day ministry trip where I spoke 14 times over 6 days. We attended Elim AOG Church Family camp and spoke on “Anointed to Make a Difference.” Elim was so kind and generous! We enjoyed our time with Pastors Glen & Jean Lim and Pastor Peter Lui. We discussed plans for next year and how we can be a blessing going forward. We also spent time with Pastor Lawrence Lee from Glad Tidings AOG. We have so many of the same connections through MFI. Pastor Lawrence sits on the MFI Singapore team.
Plus we always enjoy sharing a dinner with our wonderful Singapore family Jimmie and Annie Lee, from our first time in Singapore they continue to open their home and lives to help us minister to Asia. We are grateful!
HAIFA, ISRAEL
Dec 13-20 – Haifa, Israel was my last trip of 2018 before a two week holiday. I was privileged to speak to a Messianic congregation in Haifa called Return to Zion Ministries. Leon Mazin and his family are highly involved in ministering to Russian Jews. Ps Greg Hurlbut from Massena joined me. Over three days Greg and I prophetically ministered to this congregation and well as taught their leadership team on the prophetic. Many Russian people came to Jesus on the Sunday night evangelistic night. PTL! I look forward to returning next year.
We then rented a car and toured the sites of Israel for the next few days. This was Ps Greg’s first time to Israel. Israel is a tremendous place to walk and sightsee, the Bible comes alive. So many personal moments happen as you walk these grounds.
We also has breakfast with my College teacher Wayne Hilsden who is part of King of Kings & FIRM in Jerusalem. Wayne and His family have been in Israel 35 years and have done a tremendous work here. It was a fun discussion and fellowship time.
YEAR END RECAP
MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR
This past year we visited 58 churches a few multiple times, attended 3 conferences, shared at MFI Canada, ministered in 3 Prophetic presbyteries, ministered at 4 Youth & Young Adult conferences & did 2 family camps. 100’s of people came to faith in Jesus and 1000’s received prophetic ministry being encouraged by the Father. Josh was able to travel with me to Asia and minister prophetically to about 30 young people in Indonesia, many were blessed by his ministry. Overall 13 countries were visited and some countries multiple times.
There have been so many God stories that have unfolded, Gods promises fulfilled, relationships developed and many people have been encouraged to hold on to their prophetic promise. I have heard of so many miracle babies born or conceived, Gods provision coming and many new open doors for Gods people. Each week I receive testimonies of Gods Word coming to pass.
2019 will be a very busy schedule with more God adventures in store for Sheila and I. We are excited with the prophetic shift from Speak Life Canada to “Speak Life Global”as we work to equip and release nations and people to speak life that encourages and strengthens lives. Sheila is excited to begin this new chapter of her life as she begins to travel full-time. This week she finished working at Living Hope our home church after 20 years, a bittersweet moment for sure.
On a personal note 2018 was a wonderful year. Sheila and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary in Paris with our good friends Gilbert & Eileen Silva who were also celebrating 33 years, walking the streets of Paris was a dream come true and a wonderful week of food, laughter and friendship. We celebrated my moms 80th birthday and my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary. The most exciting news this year was we found out we are going to be grandparents in 2019!!! We are so excited to be called Nana & Papa by our grandson, let the shopping begin.
I wanted to thank all those who consistently hold us in prayer and support us financially. We could not travel to Asia without your help. All the reports of salvations and miracles are because of your faithful sowing into Speak Life!! 2019 will be another year of increase and release of God’s promises into the nations. We value and thank each and every person, business and church for believing in what we are doing. I pray you have a great Christmas spending time with family and friends.
